WWE star Paige already told fans a stalker once filmed her secretly for 45 minutes at an airport.
Now she says a total stranger boarded a plane just to find her at her next gate.
What that man did the second she stepped off the jet left Paige stunned and furious.
Fan Bought a Ticket Just to Reach Paige At Her Gate
Paige landed for a connecting flight and someone was already waiting for her right at the gate.
He was holding roughly 30 photos, ready for her to sign every last one.
Paige told TMZ the man had bought an actual plane ticket just to clear security and reach her.
That means the man had tracked down her flight number and her connecting city, then timed his arrival to the minute she landed.
She posted the encounter herself, writing that "airport scalpers are morphing" and that showing up at her gate with a stack of photos is "f—ing weirdo behavior."
She added a blunt warning to anyone thinking about trying it: "Don't do that."
When she pressed him on it, the man didn't even try to deny it, telling her simply, "I know, it's weird."
Paige believes someone working the gate or the airline slipped this guy her location.
This was not her first rodeo with a fan crossing a line at 30,000 feet or beyond a security checkpoint.
Back in November 2025, she went public after a different stranger bought his own ticket just to slip past security and secretly film her for 45 straight minutes.
Paige made clear she is not anti-fan – she signs autographs constantly at WWE's official meet-and-greets and house shows.
What she will not do is reward somebody for stalking her through an airport terminal.
Autograph Reselling Has Turned Into a Real Business
This is not really about fans anymore.
A cottage industry of professional autograph "runners" and resellers has grown up around famous faces, and the money involved is not small.
Pristine Auction alone expects to move roughly $150 million in signed memorabilia this year, up from under $100 million just six years ago, according to Cronkite News.
Pristine Auction president Jared Kavlie has compared the whole business to Wall Street, saying it "works a lot like the stock market," driven by comps and investors chasing a return.
That is exactly why a stranger will drop real money on a plane ticket for a shot at 30 free autographs he can flip online by dinnertime.
Paige is far from the only star who has hit this wall.
Actress Thora Birch's husband tore up an autograph seeker's photos outside the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills in January after the man had reportedly hounded her all weekend, and the fight that followed ended with Birch herself threatening, "I'll f***ing knock you out."
Diamondbacks closer Paul Sewald has drawn his own hard line on hotel ambushes, saying flatly, "The people who ask at the team hotel aren't going to get my autograph. That's my time."
NFL star Ja'Marr Chase has been confronted mid-flight by a fan angry he wouldn't sign, and Stephen Curry once had someone tail his family's car for 30 miles chasing a signature.
Every one of those stories starts the same way – a star trying to get home, and a stranger who won't take a hallway, a hotel lobby, or a highway for an answer.

The Business Behind Chasing Paige Through Airport Security
A grown man treated a woman's flight itinerary like a sales lead, and that is the part that should make everyone furious.
The autograph business used to run on kids with a Sharpie and a dream.
Now it runs on grown adults buying plane tickets and working connecting gates like a trade show floor, because a signed photo can be worth real money on eBay by the time the plane lands.
That is not fandom – that is a commercial ambush, and it is only going to get worse as the memorabilia market keeps ballooning toward nine figures a year.
Paige had every right to call this guy out by description in public, and if more athletes and stars start doing the same thing, the professional autograph hustle might finally start losing money instead of printing it.
Airlines and airports need to start treating a leaked gate number the same way they'd treat any other security breach, because the next stranger who shows up waiting at the jet bridge might not be there for a signature at all.
