The Minnesota Supreme Court recently ruled that citizens do not have the right to fight back when confronted by criminals.
In an infuriating 4-2 decision, the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled that a person who is being attacked or threatened has the obligation to retreat if “reasonably possible.”
According to the nonsensical majority opinion, Americans “have a duty” to run away from criminals, rather than stand ground in defense of life or property.
The ruling upheld two second-degree convictions for assault with a deadly weapon against a man who brandished a weapon when accosted by a knife-wielding lunatic at a light rail station in Minneapolis.
Minnesota criminalizing self-defense
Justice Paul Thissen pointed out in his dissent that the decision was “not only unprecedented in this state,” but has “never been adopted anywhere” else in the United States.
Thissen added that “until now, the collective wisdom of judges nationwide over hundreds of years has never imposed a duty to retreat before making threats to deter an aggressor.”

Harris helped spring repeat offenders from jail
Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are both fire-breathing radicals, especially on the issue of law and order.
During the 2020 George Floyd riots, Harris cheered on the carnage and encouraged protesters not to “let up.”
Harris even raised money to spring violent criminals from jail.
Harris and other Democrats showed zero concern for the store owners and law-abiding citizens who watched their neighborhoods get destroyed.
None of these hard-working Americans even entered into Harris’ mind.
Harris promoted the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which sprang eventual murderers from prison.
Walz allows for “righteous anger”
While Kamala was cheerleading the torching of Minneapolis in 2020, Walz sat on his hands, calling the mayhem “righteous anger.”
For 18 hours, the citizens of Minneapolis waited in growing terror for their Governor to send help.
Even far-left Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey begged for at least 600 National Guardsmen to take back control of the streets.
After delay, Walz eventually sent 100 guardsmen, far short of the 600 requested.
Untold damage was done thanks to Walz’s inaction.
Criminals running amok
Minnesota is a taste of what could happen to all of America under a Harris-Walz regime.
Criminals would have free rein with “progressive” law-and-order executives in the White House.
