The rich and powerful seem to believe they are above the law.

While many people knew something shady was going on Jeffery Epstein’s private island, there has always been an element of secrecy surrounding it.

But Marsha Blackburn has had enough, and she just made an extremely bold move to expose those involved.

Marsha Blackburn asks to subpoena Epstein’s flight logs

The flight logs of notorious criminal Jeffrey Epstein continue to remain a secret tightly held under lock and key.

But Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) just proposed a subpoena to get the alleged human trafficker’s flight logs released to the public.

The request comes in protest of Democrats attempting to target some conservative activists who are affiliated with conservative Supreme Court justices.

Blackburn made the proposal during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing where Democrats planned to subpoena Lenoard Leo, the co-chairman of the Federalist Society and Republican donor Harlan Crow.

Many Republicans revolted against the Democrats’ plans, saying that it equates to a “witch hunt’ against anyone who is affiliated with Supreme Court justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.

According to Breitbart News senior legal contributor Ken Klukowski, the attempt is equal to “reverse court-packing.”

In an attempt to fight back against the partisan subpoenas, several Committee Republicans issued their own request for subpoenas.

One such was an attempt to reveal who might have flown on Epstein’s airplane, often nicknamed the “Lolita Express.”

Senator Marsha Balckburn said, “And since we’re in the business of issuing subpoenas now, here are a few more that I’ve filed: a subpoena to Jeffrey Epstein’s estate to provide the flight logs for his private plane.”

She continued, “Given the numerous allegations of human trafficking and sexual abuse surrounding Mr. Epstein, I think it is very important that we identify everybody who was on that plane and how many trips they took on that plane and the destinations to which they arrived.”

The Senator also filed another subpoena authorization for Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary, Xavier Becerra.

The motion asks Becerra to explain how he happened to lose track of “85,000 unaccompanied children.”

The subpoena requests continue

Blackburn didn’t stop there during the hearing, she also filed a subpoena “to compel the Biden DOJ to provide all documentation about their disastrous decision to terminate the successful China Initiative—a program that was critical to targeting and prosecuting Chinese spies in America.”

She also said, “We’ve got to get to the bottom of the far-left’s effort to take down President Trump. That’s why I’ve filed a subpoena for all documents relating to any political donation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s staff.”

Blackburn also said that the current administration “clearly [has] the goal of censoring conservative speech online. In the latest example of this, DOJ—on behalf of the FTC—filed a privacy and securities practices suit against Twitter. So, I think we need to get to the bottom of President Biden’s effort to silence Elon Musk. That’s why I’ve filed a subpoena to compel DOJ and FTC to provide all documents related to any investigation into Elon Musk.”

Congressman Lauren Boebert took to X to ask why the committee wouldn’t support the request to subpoena the Epstein flight logs.

She wrote, “How is [it] that anyone could stand against releasing these logs unless they themselves are expecting to be found on them?”
