The illegal alien crisis is now beyond the scope of most peoples’ comprehension.
Thanks to the Biden open border policy, the number of illegals streaming into the U.S. is staggering.
And while most Americans realize this is a problem, this latest report shows the problem is shockingly worse than most imagine.
Millions of illegals have entered the U.S. in just three years
The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) discovered that Joe Biden’s border patrol agents have let approximately 6.2 million illegal aliens into the country over the last three years.
That number equates to more than one illegal for every two American births since January 2021.
The report, titled “The Demographic Outlook: 2014 to 2054,” states that “More of those people are also being released into the United States than previously, generally through the use of parole authority or with a notice to appear before an immigration judge.”
This number includes 900,000 illegal aliens who were released after walking up to border gates, plus another 1.1 million illegals who were released after crossing through gaps in the border wall, according to the CBO.
860,000 additional illegals were “gotaways,” referring to people who snuck past the half-built and barely monitored border wall and were never officially accounted for.
Another 430,000 illegals stayed in the United States long after their visas had expired.
Approximately half of the 1.1 million illegals allowed into the country by October 1, 2023, were processed via Biden’s use of a “parole” loophole in the border law.
The official number released by the CBO doesn’t include hundreds of thousands of illegals that have been released since October 1, 2023, and “CBO estimates that, on net, the number of people immigrating to the United States was 1.2 million in 2021 and 2.7 million in 2022.”
Therefore, in three years, Biden’s numbers of 1.2 million, 2.7 million, and 3.3 million add up to 6.2 million illegal aliens as of October 2023, not including gotaways.
As a result, the crisis is flattening wages and increasing the cost of housing, resulting in a “projected fertility rate [that fell] from 1.75 to 1.70 births per woman” in 2023, according to the report.
Recent polls indicate that Biden’s extremely lax immigration policy is very unpopular among voters, which could prevent his re-election.
Even more concerning is that the CBO report estimates Biden will add another 3.3 million illegal aliens to the total count in 2024 alone.
The total inflow is even higher
The figures from the CBO don’t count gotaways – just the total number of illegals who were caught and released, and it doesn’t include the number of legal immigrants.
However, a chart shows that Biden added another 2.5 million legal immigrants during his first three years in office.
Legal immigrants are people who were granted official citizenship or who received Green Cards.
If you add that number to the counted number of illegals, the total number of migrants that have entered the country is much higher: closer to 8.5 million.
The CBO report also didn’t include foreigners who take jobs illegally via B-1/B-2 visa fraud for several months or the number of foreign contract workers in the United States.
However, Biden officials have raised that number from around 600,000 in 2020, to up to 1 million in 2022.
All told, if the number of foreign workers adds up to 2 million, Biden’s total import of migrants is much higher at a staggering 10.5 million over a three-year period, which is one migrant for every American birth.
