Joe Biden and the Democrats have embarked on an insane “green” agenda.

They want as many Bidenmobiles on the road as possible.

And electric vehicle owners were horrified when one nightmare unfolded before their eyes.

The Left forcing EVs on Americans

The cost of gas and diesel has spiraled out of control across the country.

These price increases have made goods and services more expensive across the board because so many industries rely on trucking.

As a result, some companies and drivers have switched to electric vehicles in an attempt to cut down on fuel costs.

In some states, local officials have even banned the future sale of gas-powered vehicles while providing subsidies for EV purchases.

But a lot of electric vehicle owners have warned that it’s not all sunshine and roses.

Many EVs have short battery lives, particularly in cold-weather climates.

On top of that, EV owners have to deal with the high price of electricity and the long wait times needed for charges.

Worse yet, these EVs can sometimes burst into flames, creating major hazards.

Recently in Northern California, an electric big rig crashed into trees in the early morning off Route 80.

Fortunately, the driver walked away from the crash with minor injuries, but his rig suffered significant damage.

Not only did the rig suffer serious body damage, the electric battery burst into flames, spewing flames and smoke everywhere.

Local officials claim that the fire burned so hot that there was little to nothing that they could do in order to extinguish it.

First responders had to sit and wait and allow the EV battery to burn out at over one thousand degrees throughout the night.

Though incidents like this are statistically rare, they illustrate the dangers that come with owning and operating EVs.

Many Americans remain wary of buying electric vehicles, fearing that they could be victims of an out-of-control battery fire.

Politicians ignoring Americans’ lack of demand for electric vehicles

In states like California, lawmakers jumped onto the EV craze without even considering any of the drawbacks.

Even if electric vehicle manufacturers were able to make their cars safer, they are still expensive and not particularly cost-effective for the average consumer.

On top of that, charging an electric vehicle can also take hours, which is far less convenient than a quick stop at the gas station.

Experts have predicted that state governments might relax their electric vehicle mandates as Joe Biden’s economy continues to put the squeeze to Americans’ checkbooks.
