Donald Trump has consistently shown respect for the British Royal Family.

But the media are always looking for drama to attack Trump.

And Trump couldn’t believe his ears when he heard one claim about Queen Elizabeth II.

Author makes shocking claim regarding Queen Elizabeth

Donald Trump had a warm relationship with the late Queen Elizabeth II throughout the years.

After her passing in September 2022, Trump told GB News, “Who could be greater than what she’s done? And she did it so long, so well and never made mistakes.”

By all accounts, the two were cordial with one another.

However, the author of an upcoming biography about Queen Elizabeth II claimed that she called Trump “very rude.”

British author Craig Brown wrote A Voyage Around the Queen where he claimed that the late monarch found Trump off-putting.

During his Presidency, Trump met with the Queen in the United Kingdom on three separate occasions.

Brown wrote, “A few weeks after President Trump’s visit, for instance, she confided in one lunch guest that she found him ‘very rude’: she particularly disliked the way he couldn’t stop looking over her shoulder, as though in search of others more interesting.”

He added, “She also believed President Trump ‘must have some sort of arrangement’ with his wife Melania, or else why would she have remained married to him?”

But Royal sources and Trump both denied the scurrilous claims.

Trump disputed the charge in a statement to the Daily Mail, saying he heard that he was the Queen’s favorite President.

Trump said, “I have no idea who the writer is, but it was really just the opposite. . .I had a great relationship with the queen. She liked me and I liked her.”

Trump accused the author of fabricating the spurious claim in order to sell more copies of his book.

“We spent hours together at a state dinner,” Trump added. “She was a fantastic woman. I think it’s a shame that a sleaze bag can write an article that’s totally false. In fact, I’ve heard always the opposite.”

Trump continued, “I heard I was her favorite president, and you’ve heard that too. She would say it to a lot of people.”

A former Buckingham Palace official revealed to The New York Post that the book’s claims were bogus.

The official worked closely with Queen Elizabeth II.

“I know this to be untrue, first hand,” the official stated. “I spoke to the queen subsequently after the State visit, and other members of the royal household, and she told me she found them [the Trumps] to be really gracious and wonderful guests to have in the palace.”

Donald Trump brought wife Melania and four of his children—Eric, Ivanka, Donald Jr., and Tiffany—to a state visit to Buckingham Palace.

The official added, “She said they were a lovely family to have in the palace.”

Trump has been the target of endless bogus media hit pieces on both sides of the Atlantic ever since he came down the escalator in 2015.
