The mainstream media has spent years trying to convince America that Donald Trump is a disaster.
Now one of their own is breaking ranks with a jaw-dropping assessment.
And a CNN analyst left Democrats stunned when he called Donald Trump this unexpected name.
CNN admits Trump is a “soaring eagle” as he sets historic executive order record
The liberal media spent months warning Americans that Donald Trump would become a “dictator” if elected for a second term.
CNN’s chief data analyst Harry Enten shattered that narrative Tuesday when he described Trump not as the “lame duck” Democrats predicted, but as a “soaring eagle” delivering on his campaign promises at a historic pace.
“I think there was this concern among some folks that Donald Trump would come in for a second term and kind of be a lame duck. He ain’t no lame duck. If anything, he’s a soaring eagle,” Enten declared on CNN.
The data doesn’t lie. Trump has signed an astounding 111 executive orders so far in 2025 – the most at this point in a Presidency in at least 100 years.
That’s a pace not seen since Harry Truman occupied the White House in the early 1950s.
“The bottom line is, whether you like Trump or you don’t like him, you can’t say that he’s come in and not try to deliver on what he at least believes were his promises on the campaign trail. And he’s doing so in historic fashion,” Enten admitted.
Americans recognize Trump’s bold approach to Presidential power
CNN host Kate Bolduan pressed Enten on how the American people feel about Trump’s approach to power, likely hoping for ammunition against the President.
Instead, Enten revealed data that left Democrats speechless.
“Trump’s approach to Presidential power, I think the American people recognize what he’s doing here is completely different. We’re talking, get this, 86% of the American public believes that Trump’s approach to presidential power is completely different from past presidents,” Enten explained.
But the real bombshell came when Enten addressed the Democrat talking point that Trump has “too much power.”
“47% say too much, but then you get 36% who say the right amount. Then you get 17% who say too little. So you’re essentially dealing with a majority of the American public, 53% who do not say that Trump has too much power,” Enten revealed.
This directly contradicts the narrative pushed by Democrats and liberal media pundits who have been frantically claiming Trump is acting like a “king” since his inauguration in January.
“The idea, that argument that Donald Trump is quote, unquote, a king, that I don’t think holds with the American people,” Enten concluded.
Trump’s approval rating shows challenges ahead
Despite his historic accomplishments, Trump’s approval rating stands at 43% according to a Reuters/Ipsos survey conducted from March 31 to April 2, with 53% disapproving of his job performance.
This represents a slight decline from the start of his second term, when polls showed the President’s approval rating in the low 50s.
However, Trump has never been one to govern by polls, focusing instead on delivering results for the American people regardless of what the media says about him.
The fact that a CNN analyst is now publicly comparing Trump to a “soaring eagle” shows just how undeniable his impact has become.
“With the majority of folks, they believe Donald Trump is doing something completely differently, and they don’t believe he has too much power. And the executive orders he signed certainly suggests he’s no lame duck. He is, as I said at the beginning, a soaring eagle,” Enten said.
As Trump continues to implement his agenda at breakneck speed, Democrats are left scrambling to find a way to counter a President who is delivering on his promises faster than any Commander-in-Chief in modern history.
