Biden just threw Taiwan and Secretary Blinken under the bus

China’s communist dictator Xi Jinping has openly declared he intends on snatching Taiwan.

The enemies of the U.S. know Biden is barely aware of where he is, and this has weakened the U.S.

But Biden just threw Taiwan and his Secretary of State under the bus when Biden was asked about the elections and new President of Taiwan.

China has been flexing their lingering power over Taiwan for many years now. Chinese foreign affairs follows a doctrine called “One China Policy.” This policy reflects the fact that Communist China and the Republic of China are still engaged in a civil war that has been stuck in limbo for decades.

It is no surprise that China eagerly plots around weak opposition from the West. The fact that Joe Biden’s mental clarity is in constant question, not to mention his record of being weak on China, is the gift that keeps on giving to the CCP.

While China believes that Taiwan is still just one of its many provinces waiting to be brought into the fold, Taiwan and its allies believe that the CCP is an illegitimate ruler over mainland China.

This cold war-style conflict has been heating up in recent years. China’s military buildup on the Chinese side of the Taiwan Strait paired with the West’s reliance on microchip processor development in Taiwan has made this conflict the center of global attention.

That means all eyes are on Biden, and it does not look good.

The United States already stopped officially recognizing an independent Taiwan back during the Jimmy Carter Presidency.

Although the United States has an unofficial alliance with Taiwan, committing to arms deals and backdoor communications, China has been relying on weak American administrations to impose their influence in Southeast Asia.

In 2016, then President-elect Donald Trump announced a lengthy phone call with the elected President of Taiwan where they congratulated each other on their victories and presumably reaffirmed their relationship with one another.

This was a powerful move made by Trump, especially in an age where China has become reliant on bad U.S. foreign policy that focuses less on China’s massive human rights violations and more on retaining access to Chinese markets, a policy that even Hunter Biden has capitalized on.

After Lai Ching-te won the Taiwanese Presidential Election on behalf of the popular ruling anti-communist party, Biden’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken congratulated the President-Elect directly, cheering on the island-nation’s strong democratic process.

Communist China put out a strong statement, denouncing the Secretary of State by saying, “The U.S. State Department’s statement on the election in China’s Taiwan region seriously violates the one-China principle.”

The Chinese followed up with this statement, urging the U.S. to “stop interactions of an official nature with Taiwan” and to “earnestly abide by the one-China principle.”

After this statement, China got exactly what they wanted. A weak Joe Biden immediately folded, and with his tail between his legs, he gave China exactly what they wanted.

Joe Biden stated, “We do not support independence” when asked what his reaction was to the Taiwanese Presidential Election. This response completely sells out American strength in the wake of our ally being seriously threatened.

It is clear that Biden, whose family’s sketchy business dealings are also connected to China, does not have the strength to stand up to the tyranny facing one of our most important friends in the Chinese sphere of influence.

Our enemies are lining up against us throughout the globe, in Europe, the Middle East, and now in Asia.

While it is more important than ever to honor our commitments to allies, Joe Biden has chosen to sell his soul to the Chinese, railroading his own cabinet members and our global partners in the process.
