Alina Habba just used two words to describe Stormy Daniels that should end Alvin Bragg’s case

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg rolled the dice by calling Stormy Daniels to the witness stand.

And Bragg rolled the dice once too often, because that testimony backfired.

And Alina Habba just decimated Stormy Daniels’ testimony with two words and that just sank Alvin Bragg’s entire case.

Stormy Daniels self-destructs on the witness stand

Surprising absolutely no one, except perhaps the most Trump-deranged media pundits, Stormy Daniels’ testimony turned into a circus.

George Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg thought it would be a good idea to put Daniels on the witness stand, even though her testimony was irrelevant.

Democrat activist Judge Juan Merchan and the jurors all cringed as Daniels went into graphic detail about her alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump way back in 2006 when he was a reality TV star.

Daniels alleged that she spanked Trump with a magazine and that he didn’t use a condom when they had sex.

But Daniels’ testimony went off the rails when they allegedly perjured herself and accused Trump of sexual assault.

Daniels claimed that Trump blocked her from leaving the room and that she “blacked out.”

Back in 2018, Daniels specifically said the encounter with Trump was “not a Me Too case.”

Trump’s lawyers immediately called for a mistrial, but Judge Merchan rejected the motion, as has been par for the course in his courtroom.

This could come back to haunt Bragg as the New York Court of Appeals just vacated a conviction against disgraced former film producer, Harvey Weinstein, over the trial judge allowing inadmissible testimony.

Habba takes Daniels apart

Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to discuss Bragg’s clown show case.

During the Hannity appearance, Habba said that she found the testimony compelling because it “destroyed” Bragg’s laughable case.

Habba said, “I was in the courtroom today. I was in the courtroom yesterday. What’s more compelling to me is that the prosecution, whose case, frankly, in my opinion, has been destroyed, is completely discredited.”

Bragg thought that putting Daniels on the stand to paint a lurid picture would damage Trump, but it damaged his case instead.

Daniels claimed she was pressured into putting out a statement in 2018 denying the affair with Trump.

But as Hannity pointed out, Daniels denied the affair in 2006, 2011, and again in 2017.

Habba concurred with Hannity’s assessment.

She said, “That’s correct. And I’m not going to speak to her testimony. She’s currently under oath, and we’re going to continue cross-examining her on Thursday.”

Habba made sure to highlight Daniels’ flip-flop in testimony, which instantly makes her an unreliable witness.

Habba continued, “What I will say is this, Sean, when you have inconsistencies with any witness, it speaks volumes.”

But Habba reiterated that Daniels’ story was “complete garbage” that had been rehashed.

Habba added, “What we saw today was a story that I’ve heard for a decade that is complete garbage. And finally, the facts are coming out and the cases are falling apart like a domino, one at a time.”
