Democrats are proving they learned nothing from their massive 2024 election losses.

They continue to stay on the same radical leftist course and by all accounts are even getting worse.

And this longtime Democrat strategist just gave some bad news to his party after they reached a new low with these actions.

Dan Turrentine is the co-host of “The Morning Meeting with Sean Spicer, Mark Halperin and Dan Turrentine.” 

Could not contain his utter disgust with the Democrats

And he is a renowned, and now ex-Democrat strategist.

Turrentine simply could not contain his utter disgust with his party after their performance at Donald Trump’s address to the joint session of Congress.

On March 4th, President Donald Trump addressed a joint session of Congress, reporting on the work his administration had done in the little more than a month he had been in office.

And Trump spoke of the plans he has for the next four years.

Democrats had warned ahead of the speech that they were going to try and disrupt the speech.

And as the President spoke, some Democrats sat silently refusing to applaud even for Laken Riley’s family and a young boy with cancer.

And that was the least disgusting behavior.

Some Democrats walked out of the speech, others held small signs with bizarre anti-Trump slogans on them, and female members of Congress wore pink.

Many Democrats embarrassed themselves by disrupting Trump through catcalls, jeering and even shouts and screams.

One Democrat, Congressman Al Green (D-TX 9) was so disruptive he was removed from the chamber and later was censured by the full house for his antics.

Turrentine posted to the social media platform X and gave his reaction to the Democrats’ boorish and disgusting behavior.

A huge sense of shame over the Democrat’s behavior

Specifically, Turrentine wrote of the utter shame he felt at Green being so disruptive that he was removed from the chamber by the House sergeant at arms.

“Just when I think my Party can’t get any lower, someone like Al Green lets me know they can,” he wrote.

Turrentine also pointed out just how partisan Democrats had become.

They’ve become so anti-Trump they wouldn’t even acknowledge any of the president’s achievements that they agree are good.

“I keep saying it every day: by not acknowledging ANYTHING Trump does is good, we make it less likely the public hears, let alone agrees with us, when we have legit concerns or objections. We don’t have to wave Pom Pom’s, but use common sense and smile and clap on occasion,” he explained.

The footage of the speech clearly proves Turrentine’s point.

Democrats could not even bring themselves to applaud the story of 13-year-old DJ Daniel, a young man diagnosed with brain cancer that Trump made an honorary Secret Service agent.

Turrentine pointed this disgusting behavior out, as well as Democrats remaining silent over high school senior Jason Hartley.

Trump had announced that Hartley had gained admission to the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Democrats again sat on their hands.

Turrentine posted, “I love my Party, but tonight was a new low. I get silence on this or that policy, and the raw politics of the base’s anger. But, for not a single D to stand to applaud a boy’s brave battle with cancer, or a man’s admission to West Point, was a classless disgrace.”

Turrentine said that moment was, “a classless disgrace.” saying, “tonight was a new low.”
