Hunter Biden is about to face his reckoning.

Biden’s legal troubles are all coming to a head.

And a Judge turned Hunter Biden’s life into a living hell with this bombshell ruling.

Judge rejects Hunter Biden’s motions to dismiss charges

Hunter Biden is all set to go to trial in June after Judge Mark Scarsi rejected all of Hunter Biden’s motions to dismiss the tax charges he faces.

Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, laughably claimed Joe Biden’s Justice Department indicted Hunter Biden under political pressure from Republicans.

“Defendant provides no facts indicating that the Government undertook charging decisions in any respect because of public statements by politicians, let alone based on Defendant’s familial and political affiliations,” Judge Scarsi wrote.

Scarsi admitted that some Republicans in Congress claimed their investigation into the Biden family corruption led to the indictment, but Scarsi ruled that was just bluster.

“But politicians take credit for many things over which they have no power and have made no impact,” Scarsi also wrote.

Biden’s lawyers also argued that IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler claiming that the indictment was  “complete vindication” also meant the charges were politically motivated.

Scarsi again disagreed.

“[P]ublicly taking credit for a prosecution hardly proves the boaster’s conduct had any effect on the presumably independent prosecutor,” Scarsi continued.

Biden’s lawyers expressed their disappointment and pledged to fight the charges at trial.

“We strongly disagree with the Court’s decision and will continue to vigorously pursue Mr. Biden’s challenges to the abnormal way the Special Counsel handled this investigation and charged this case,” Lowell stated.

How Hunter Biden ended up in this predicament

U.S. Attorney David Weiss tried to let Hunter Biden off easy.

Weiss agreed to an unheard-of plea deal where Hunter Biden would plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and not serve any jail time.

The plea agreement also allowed for a charge against Hunter Biden for lying on a federal background check form when purchasing a firearm to go away if he stayed on good behavior.

And finally, the plea agreement also included lifetime immunity from prosecution for any crimes stemming from the investigation into Hunter Biden.

This last part was seen as the final stage in a cover up as it would essentially end the investigation into Hunter Biden for illegal foreign lobbying, the probe which threatened to lead to Joe Biden.

But Federal Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected the deal, arguing its scope was unconstitutional.

Without an agreement in place, where Hunter Biden wouldn’t face jail time, his lawyers pulled out of any deal, and a new trial date was set.

Hunter Biden is only facing trial because a Federal Judge forced the Biden Justice Department to play this case straight.

The intention from the very start was to give Hunter Biden a pass and shut down a criminal probe that threatened to uncover the damning reason foreign oligarchs and businesses in hostile countries like Communist China pumped $24 million into companies controlled by Biden family members and their associates.

But now Hunter Biden will have to stand trial on charges that carry a combined sentence of 17 years in prison.
